Tuesday 10 March

The navigator’s choice: QC‑driven operations with NaviPac

Time: 13:30

Presenter:

Learn how NaviPac delivers dependable navigation and positioning across vessels, USVs and ROVs. This session covers updated 2D/3D interfaces, integrated QC tools and flexible sensor configurations that support a wide range of survey and inspection scenarios.

High‑resolution autonomous ROTV data collection with the ViperFish

Time: 16:00

Presenter: Martin Kristensen | VP Hardware Development at EIVA

Discover how the ViperFish delivers dense, high‑resolution visual data through an autonomous ROTV workflow. The session includes recent USV mission examples demonstrating stable autonomous flight, advanced imaging acquisition, and streamlined processing steps that reduce time from data capture to usable outputs. Ideal for operators aiming to enhance inspection quality while minimising vessel time.

Wednesday 11 March

Mapping what lies below: gather unseen insights with the Sub-bottom Imaging Frame and eBOSS system

Time: 11:30

Presenter:

Explore the latest addition to EIVA’s ROTV family: the ScanFish Katria now integrated with the Sub‑bottom Imaging Frame and EdgeTech’s eBOSS system for improved sub‑surface penetration. This session covers the updated equipement and refined acquisition workflows, along with updated processing paths and refreshed software interfaces aligned with contemporary geophysical requirements.

From pipelines to ports: NaviModel’s multi‑scenario software toolkit

Time: 13:30

Presenter:

See how NaviModel supports pipeline inspection, asset documentation, hydrography and construction analysis in a single, integrated environment. The session highlights processing workflows, multi‑sensor 3D visualisation, automated routines, and efficient presenting and reporting channels designed to deliver clear results to internal and external stakeholders.

Autonomy you can trust: the architecture behind EIVA’s autonomous robotics stack

Time: 16:00

Presenter:

Join us for a deep dive into EIVA’s autonomy programme and the robotics stack that underpins localisation, perception, planning and simulation. As the industry continues to approach full autonomy with caution, we will outline how EIVA is introducing autonomy in a phased and transparent way – from controlled testing in our dedicated pool to trials from our test vessel with access to Aarhus Harbour. You will see how each autonomy layer connects to support supervised and, eventually, fully autonomous behaviours, and how these outputs feed into downstream processing and mission‑level decision‑making. This session is ideal for teams defining their long‑term autonomy roadmap and looking for a reliable, practical path forward.

Thursday 12 March

Affordable vision, advanced mapping: Voyis VSLAM Powered by EIVA NaviSuite

Time: 11:30

Presenter:

Dive into the latest developments in Voyis VSLAM Powered by EIVA NaviSuite. With Voyis introducing a more budget‑friendly stereo‑camera still integrated directly with NaviSuite – including geolocated mapping – this session will demonstrate how real‑time positioning and 3D awareness enhance both acquisition and in‑situ processing. Together, these capabilities deliver sharper spatial understanding for inspection, navigation and autonomy workflows.
